Sunday Morning Coffee

Sunday morning I usually grab a coffee and take time to catch-up on some stories I may not have had time to read throughout the week.  I thought you might enjoy them with your Sunday morning coffee as well.

Lunenburg County youth Sara Greenough named top Army Cadet in N.S

Congratulations to Sara Greenough, who has been awarded the President’s Trophy of the Army Cadet League of Canada, Nova Scotia branch, as the Outstanding Army Cadet in Nova Scotia for 2019-20! An incredible accomplishment for this Park View IB student headed into Grade 12.

Greenough, who has achieved the rank of Chief Warrant Officer (CWO) and is the Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM) of the Bridgewater Army Corps, is “academically intelligent, fitness conscious, a remarkable musician, a talented athlete, very capable community supporter and a role model for not only the cadets in her corps but for those in the region and nationally,” said her commanding officer, Capt. Bruce Barteaux.

You Could Live Here!

48 ECO Lane, Hebbs Cross

Summer days spent on the lake, cooler days snuggled around the wood-stove, and every day taking in amazing sunsets… you could live here.

This beautiful, custom crafted, 2+ bedroom 2 bath, waterfront home sits on 1+ acres of mature wooded land just 10 minutes outside of Bridgewater. The cathedral ceilings and open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, are perfect for entertaining and allow you to take full advantage your surroundings.

The loft, currently master bedroom, holds a full en-suite, an additional bedroom on the lower level and potential for a 3rd bedroom in the main level office area. There is 30 x 40 workshop, behind the home that could easily be transformed into a guest cottage or private business as it is set with 220 wiring, a separate meter and 10 ft ceilings. Working from home would be easy with these views.

I did mention sunsets right…..?🌅

Always look forward to and enjoy your emails. We live in Halifax but travel South Shore Road even in winter. We see how hard you work to produce these results. Thanks.
