Sunday Morning Coffee

Sunday morning I usually grab a coffee and take time to catch-up on some stories I may not have had time to read throughout the week.  I thought you might enjoy them with your Sunday morning coffee as well.

You Could Live Here!

433 Laconia Rd- Laconia

Funny story about this home…a few weeks ago I got a message from a reader asking about a property I had featured on Sunday Morning Coffee. They had been looking for ever at real estate listings and had somehow missed this one that seemed perfect for them. They put a call into their agent the next day, went to see it, and 6 days later made an offer. Within 2 weeks of seeing it on Sunday Morning Coffee…they were the excited new owners of a $400 000 home.

My husband and I have been on the hunt for a new home for a few years now and have just been waiting for the right one to come along. Even though I check real estate websites religiously and have daily updates of new listings sent to my email, I somehow missed the house that you posted 2 weeks ago in your Sunday Coffee post. When I read your post, I instantly messaged our real estate agent about the house you shared. We viewed it the next day, made an offer a week later and 2 weeks later it is ours! Thanks so much – I’ve always loved the “you could live here!” part of your blog post, but never realized that it would bring us to our new home!

Always on our most popular and most read features each week…keeping up with the updated messages on this was pretty exciting!

Sooo…this is now her house that she is selling. 😉

Lake living, skating parties, quiet country setting and only 15 minutes from town, this charming home is someones dream waiting to become reality. Listed at only $199 900….this won’t last long!

This property is listed with Mark Seamone of Exit Realty Interlake.

Enjoy the day!
