Sunday Morning Coffee

Sunday morning I usually grab a coffee and take time to catch-up on some stories I may not have had time to read throughout the week.  I thought you might enjoy them with your Sunday morning coffee as well.

Hammonds Plains teen publishes second book of six in fantasy series

Love this story and her families support and encouragement. What a wonderful learning opportunity and how incredible to have written and publish two books at such a young age. Impressive!

Public transport comes to RQM

How wonderful for the Region of Queens to now have access to some form of public transportation. This has the potential to have such an impact on the quality of life for some of their residents. Love this.

QCT will serve riders from all parts of Queens, focusing its efforts on seniors, low-income residents and people with accessibility issues. The system will connect passengers will medical appointments as well as social, recreational and educational activities. It will also help reduce the isolation felt by some of its target riders, said Hipwell, who is also RQM’s senior safety coordinator.

I can see the right person making an incredible transformation with this house. A 4-bedroom with original wide trim and a 2 car garage in a separate building. For the price…$74 900.… this would make an incredible summer home, or if you’re feeling adventurous, a year-round residence! Only 2 minutes from South East Cove Beach.
