Sunday Morning Coffee

On Sunday’s I usually grab a cup of coffee and take time to catch-up on some stories I may not have had time to read throughout the week…I thought you might enjoy them as well. Will you join me for a Sunday Morning Coffee?

The Sweetness of Spring

Despite the snowstorm this week and flurries this weekend…spring is here!  I thought you might need a reminder…;)  Margaret Hoegg who is a Simple Local Life contributor and currently writing our zero waste series, has recently started writing again on her own blog Dulse and Maple. Margaret is a beautiful writer and this piece is particularly inspiring as we get ready to begin another garden season.

Comfort food

What a fascinating story behind Suni Ferreira’s life and how she came to develop her Lamprai & Spice business. I have had her food at the Lunenburg Farmers Market and it is delicious! Very exciting to see her growing and opening a take-out shop. Love this! A wonderful article to read with my Sunday morning coffee.
