Crockpot Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Serves: 6-8
- Boneless Pork roast (any cut)
- Onion salt (to taste)
- Garlic salt (to taste)
- Black pepper
- 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Chipotle or Original BBQ sauce (or substitute your favourite homemade or bought BBQ sauce).
- Crusty rolls
- Cole slaw
- Season thawed roast with onion salt, garlic salt and pepper.
- Place in crockpot.
- Cover the roast with bbq sauce and squeeze out the rest of the bottle into the crockpot.
- Add a bit of water to thin the sauce.
- Cook on high for one hour, then switch to low for another 6-8 hours.
- About ½ hour before serving, take two forks and shred the roast into strings by pulling in opposite directions with the forks.
- Add back to the sauce and stir.
- Next, slice and butter your crusty rolls.
- Place under the broiler and allow them to toast to golden brown
- Pile the pulled pork on bottom ½ of the toasted bun.
- Add a dollop of cole slaw for crunchiness (and great taste).
- Serve immediately.
