Chicken and Grape Salad
- 2 Cups cubed, cooked, chicken breasts
- 1½ Cups seedless grapes, halved
- 1 Cup chopped english cucumber
- ¾ Cup sliced almonds
- ¾ Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup poppy seed dressing
- In a large bowl combine the chicken, grapes, cucumber, mozzarella and almonds.
- Add dressing and toss to coat.
- *Optional- Serve the salad in a tortilla or lettuce wrap
