Crockpot Honey Garlic Pork

Crockpot honey garlic pork is so simple I almost don’t need to write a recipe.  Three easy steps.  The prep is done before you leave in the morning, and all that’s left to do at mealtime is to make the rice and veggies to go with it.

There are often some great sales on pork, so watch for those and your simple meal can also be a budget friendly one.

There are so many options when it comes fresh vegetables this time of year. Adding something green,  like peas, green beans or broccoli will add some colour to your plate.  They also are quick to prepare and steam.
