Sunday Morning Coffee

Sunday mornings I usually grab a cup of coffee and take time to catch up on stories I might have missed throughout the week. I thought you might enjoy them with your Sunday Morning Coffee as well.

How to Make Kindness a Habit This Holiday Season

A great reminder to focus on those things that really matter during this busy time of year. “Kindness makes people feel accepted and safe…” what could be better than that. 🙂

Mahone Bay’s Saltbox Brewing Co. bases its beer on community

There’s no doubt that anyone who has been to Saltbox Brewery, knows that it is something special. You can feel the “community” from the minute you step inside or grab a seat outside on the long harvest-style  seating on their fantastic outdoor patio. I love the way they started…the support of the town…and their focus on locally sourced ingredients. In a little over a year…they are without a doubt…a true success story.
