Does everyone dream of owning a B&B? I certainly have thought about it a lot. 🙂 What a great story about making your dreams come true. 🙂
As owners of the Boscawen Inn on Cumberland Street, Judy and Jonathan Rawdon literally are living the dream in Lunenburg. “On our first date, he asked me what my dream was and I said, “To own a bed and breakfast, or something like that. Ever since I was little, that was what I wanted to do,” explains Judy, sipping a coffee on the Boscawen’s deck overlooking the harbour. “And then I asked him what his dream was, and he said, ‘to own a Victorian inn.'” The couple now has that and more.

‘It still fits’: Diamond ring missing since 2004 turns up on garden carrot – Edmonton – CBC News
This could be my favorite story of the summer! I have to say I love that she says she quickly and quietly replaced it, so her husband wouldn’t know. 😉
When Mary Grams lost her diamond engagement ring in the garden in 2004, she thought it was gone for good. This week it was found on a carrot, plucked from the soil on the family farm.”I recognized it right away,” she said.
