Slow Cooker Chicken Chili

Serves: 6-8
- 1 onion
- 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 large can diced tomatoes
- 2 small cans tomato paste
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1½ cups chicken broth
- Chop onion and place in the bottom of your slow cooker
- Lay chicken breasts on top of the onion
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken
- Drain and rinse beans, place in the slow cooker with the remaining ingredients
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours
- Shred chicken with 2 forks
- Serve hot with sour cream, shredded cheese, avocado, or nacho chips
