Haskap-Strawberry Freezer Jam

Serves: 5 cups
- 1½ cups crushed strawberries
- 1 cup crushed haskap berries (2 Cups Haskap= 1 Cup crushed)
- 4 cups sugar
- 1pouch liquid pectin
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Mix crushed fruits and sugar and let sit for 10 minutes
- Add liquid pectin and lemon juice and stir for 3 minutes
- Pour into clean containers, filling up to ¼ inch from the rim
- Cover with lids
- Let sit at room temperature for 24 hours
- Refrigerate for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 8 months
