Chicken and Grape Salad
Serves: 6
 
Ingredients
  • 2 Cups cubed, cooked, chicken breasts
  • 1½ Cups seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 Cup chopped english cucumber
  • ¾ Cup sliced almonds
  • ¾ Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup poppy seed dressing
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl combine the chicken, grapes, cucumber, mozzarella and almonds.
  2. Add dressing and toss to coat.
  3. *Optional- Serve the salad in a tortilla or lettuce wrap
